    The only vitamin proven to help.

    My retina doctor told me this is the only product that has been proven to help slow the effects of macular degeneration. I have been taking these for at least twelve years. At the last two doctor visits, I was told to come back for another exam in two years instead of the usual one year because the progression of the disease had slowed so much. I would recommend these to anyone who has a similar problem.

    Highly studied product

    Areds2 was recommended by two different eye doctors especially since I only have one good eye. I have been taking them for several years and don't have any side effects from them. My eyesight has not degraded which could be from taking the Areds2 formula but I cannot say for sure if it would be the same if I were not taking them. I look at it as an added safety measure.

    Seems to work.

    This seems to be doing its job. It appears to be keeping my macular degeneration from getting worse. My retina doctor attests to this and he recommended this product. I will need to take it forever so keeping the price down is very important.
