Delivery was slow but I wasn’t in a rush; the boots came with shoe trees, which was a plus, but they were loose in a moving box (18x18x24) with no packing materials, not even crumpled newspapers. The boots were ok, but the packaging was surprising. I would do business with them again but would specify better shipping.
