    300/30 cox ultimite speeds are stable I got the modem as a stopgap solution till DOCSIS3.1 /Fiber is available in my area. 3.1 modems are really expensive waiting for price drops.

    Remains to be seen this Linksys CM3024 Performance

    Remains to be seen, as this Linksys CM3024 in services since 5 Aug 2018, which replaces a Motorola SB6121 SURFboard in service since 14 Sep 2011 for 7 yrs. And because Comcast xFinity has stringent specifications of Modems acceptable, may change at any time thus rendering the Linksys CM3024 not meeting Comcast's specifications. Possible average 4-5 yrs or less.
