The item was as described, and even though the manual can be obtained online, I think that it's more convenient to have a paper or printed copy of the manual and may add a bit to the value of a piece of equipment that has a printed owners manual. There was no communication with the seller, but there didn't seem to be a need for communication, do that was OK. The cost of the manual seemed to be reasonable to me.
