      I purchased many rods online over the years, never have a merchant take such care to insure the rod arrived to the buyer in perfect shape. Packed in a 2'' PVC sleeve. Now rods aren't cheap and I've received Loomis rods in those cheap cardboard sleeves broken in as many as three pieces heart broken about having to wait for a replacement if there was one to be had. This seller did an outstanding job.... And did it fast and with great com's. Perfect rod received as described and pictured!
