    Everything is as described, though packaging to protect the horn was extremely poor. Items loose inside case banging around damaging the horn and 1 or 2 sheets of thin bubble wrap inside the box did NOTHING to keep the trombone case from banging around inside the box and stable...why even bother? You deserve "Neutral" but I'm giving you a positive because you obviously didn't know how to pack a trombone properly to avoid damage during shipping.
