      Great for starting out!

      Bought this for my wife and she loves it. Its perfect for beginners and the cost cant be beat. My only complaint is the mount for the mic stand wasnt compatible with anything i could find at guitar center, so i had to wrap teflon around the mic stand so the theremin mount would squeeze on. Great product over all though, sounds great, works great, came in on time, totally satisfied.

      Does the trick.

      Pretty alright. You get what you pay for. I don't know much about theremins. Any concerns I have with this product could easily be simply because I have no idea what I'm doing when I try to play it.

      Cool sound effects. Way more fun with a Feedback/Delay Pedal like the Behringer DD400 Delay Pedal.

      Only problem is that I don't have "Perfict Pitch" still need tuner to tune guitar. I suspect someone that can play music by ear would really be able to play a song with it. Fun Fun Fun

      Great item, couple minor complaints

      I really love this hand made Theremin. I love that there is a dude making and selling these on eBay! Great and fast service! I ended up buying two. My only real complaint is that it comes with a hard wired power cord that is way too short to use. This is actually more of a problem than you would think since it means you have to use an extension cord dangling half way down the mic stand you mount it on. I wish it instead had a far longer power cord that used a traditional 12VDC cannon type plug. Heck, you could even use it on battery power if this had such a plug! Also, while not a complaint, I wish there was an upgrade option to get this device in either a wooden or metal enclosure. The plastic box is super light, which is nice, but can feel a little flimsy.       Thiis is a really good instrument for student Thereminists to study on!

      This item is a very intersting piece. It does EXACTLY what the manufacturer says it will do. It provides only one waveform at it's output. If you'd like more variety in the form of tones you'll need to get yourself some instrument effects in order to accomplish this. So in a way this is like the economy version of a Theremin made by Moog. Unlike the Moog instruments this device I don't believe can use the accessory Moog has for theirs that will add more octaves to the instument.
