    very light weight

    It is very cheaply made, sometimes it works and some times it is very slow. The cord is very short. The water gets extremely hot which is good. the lip you push on to get water to come out you must use tlc as it might brake off.

    Used several times a day

    I have had a hot shot for over 40 years. I gave them to our parents as well. It is just the best way to heat water fast. I prefer it to the microwave. While the new style makes it harder to dispense the water, I can understand that it is safer coming out more slowly. Also, no more bumps that accidentally turn it on now that the button is on the top.

    The best thing since the kettle!

    I love the Hot Shot. It cuts so much time for me in the mornings. I've used the Hot Shot for years and when my old one was given to my mom, I purchased another one. They really last!
