    Not worth the headache!

    Usually HP printers are pretty good but they got it wrong this time with this model. I've purchased HP printers for years and this is the first time that I came across the issue where you have to have a "setup" ink cartridge to initialize this printer. None came with my printer and after spending hours arguing with HP tech support, I was told that they won't issue a replacement set of cartridges nor can you purchase hem somewhere. Apparently these cartridges are somehow unique to each individual printer and not universal to the model. That's crazy! So my resolution was to have HP replace the printer altogether. The printer itself otherwise has no real "handle" to grab onto to lift the top to expose the glass where you would place paper to copy or scan. The paper guides and indicator ...

    At home I use it to print forms and reciepts and insurance cards etc...very limited use.most days I dont use it.It was lowest price of NIB with free shipping.Cyan would not come out -I called HP-great cust rels person-easy to talk with-he sent a new ink cartridge works as expected.speedy shipping.
