Unfortunately the phone was a carrier locked one (specifically Verizon which can’t have an unlocked bootloader). Although the seller doesn’t normally do returns, because the carrier lock, the seller allowed the return and I was able to get my money back. Otherwise the condition of the phone matched the description and photos (just best to check the lock status and carrier before purchase). Thanks to the seller, would recommend them!
