Dentist and Cardiologist recommended supplement
Originally, my dentist recommended Co Q 10 to me to help maintain healthy gums. It was found by cardiologists that it is also very good to boost heart health and help with some of the side effects of statins. It acts as an antioxidant. It is no magic pill, but it does help.
