They accused me of opening the sealed product, which was never opened. Had to prove it by sending 6 photos of the product. They sent me a shipping label and it just shipped it right back to my residence. So they asked if I could ship it and they would refund my shipping. So I paid for shipping and attached the receipt for a refund. They refunded the original sale amount but didn't refund the shipping. Very unprofessional.
