Item was well-wrapped but the envelope was such a tight fit, I was really concerned about accidentally snipping the garment when attempting to get the outer packaging open. Item was exactly as described - looked new. An incredible value had it fit. The $9+ return shipping fee was a little steep. The fee was more than half the cost of the item! I paid over $9 just to try it on.
