Replacement for Vintage J45 ADJ
I purchased these tuners as a replacement for the Kluson Deluxe tuners that were on my mid 1960s J45 ADJ after they had finally bit the dust. They were a drop in fit. These tuning machines are much smoother and accurate than the originals. The only complaint I have is that these tuners have a single line of text on the backs and the originals had two. However, certain years of Kluson tuners had a single line of text so that may be a selling point for some. The relic job was tastefully done and looks fairly convincing for a mass produced tuner. The buttons were slightly lighter in color than the originals on my guitar and they were less glossy. But since instruments all age differently they may be a closer match for your instrument. Over all I would strongly recommend these tuning machines for vintage instruments that need to stay in tune, modern instruments and for custom builds.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This look the part and better than the kluson and the ones from stwemac (golden age). They sounded way better than both and stay in tune. The goden age’s buttons looked better tho but sounded weird like q no spark. This ones stay in tune great
