The item was damaged in shipment without fault to the seller or to myself, and the seller was very accommodating to solving the problem, by quickly refunding my payment and working with the Post Office to reclaim the damages. Although disappointing to receive my order as damaged, it was not a problem to start over and find a replacement elsewhere as the buyer. I wish all the sellers out there were as polite and attentive as this person.
