      Seller tried to scam me, do not buy from. Listed as "new" and claimed they bought it brand new. Box was opened, cords unwrapped, scratches and dirt on the bottom of unit. Then I plugged it in and would not power up. Called eero support who told me the unit was first registered 2 years ago, was not new, did not qualify for warranty. Seller refused to refund me and had to get eBay customer service involved. They ruled in my favor for full refund due to "inaccurate description". Be aware of seller.

      The item was new in the box with the one cord undone. Everything else was secured with original packaging. You kept the item for over 40 days. Used it, reported to ebay and returned it with all items open and dirty. BEWARE OF BUYER!!! The units powered up fine when it was returned.
