    Fully featured with very good use of iPhone app to program

    Although packaging showed possible water damage, product was unharmed. It worked exactly as described. After previously trying a number of "universal" remotes of much less cost, which weren't actually universal, further searching revealed this beauty. Although programming macros and keys was incredibly easy with the iPhone app, the appeal will be to those who enjoy computerized technology. The instructions were enough to easily setup 5 devices in a matter of minutes. Remapping keys is a breeze in comparison to the less expensive alternatives. There could be improvement in macro programming (if-then-else conditional statements) but it works currently with adjustable time in-between actions and other useful features.

    Close to good but not quite there...

    This is a pretty cool remote but not perfect. I am coming from the Logitech Harmony Series and this is not like those It is more like a super easy to program and super compatible (because it's not just IR but also does Bluetooth) universal remote that supports Android TV. The "activity" functionality of the Harmony series is becoming less useful though as HDMI-CEC controls start working to solve this problem differently so I figured I'd give this remote a try and it is close to good but not great. The issue is that for Bluetooth devices it often double sends commands and it also takes 3 seconds or so to "wake up" and start working for bluetooth after a button press. I'm using it with an Nvidia shield and it's just not perfectly controlling the device. It's ok but not great. Other ...

    Not a Logitech, but it does work

    This remote is no Logitech, but it does work. Programming is relatively easy and most buttons can learn from original remotes. The range is best inside 12 feet, outside of that can be hit and miss. Best to have good batteries. The Roku setup does not have a selection for different models and their version does not allow for fast forward, rewind or volume control. I simply use my original Roku remote. I paid less than $50, for that it is worthwhile. Any more would be questionable.

    Not very good, sorry.

    Product has a nice looking feel but no light for the keys very super hard to program and will not control multiple items with one button hence to turn on 3 things at once. You 100% have to download their app which is a super cheap looking feel app with minimal features. I do not recommend this remote. It in no way can replace any Version on a Logitech remote or hold a candle to them.

    Works, somewhat.

    Product is well made, and quality is nice. I like the way it is programmed with an app without having to hook it up to a PC. I was able to easily program it to work with the individual components. But programming a Macro, meaning to get it to control several items with one button, would not work at all. Tech support did respond and gave me some tips, but still no luck. Needs more work.
