I purchased a Jellycat bear & when I received the package, the bear didn’t resemble the photos in the listing. The listing was a light brown & the bear I received was a bright orange. I requested a refund & sent the bear back. The seller messaged me & accused me of sending a “wet gross bear” back to them. They also accused me of sending a different bear back to them than what they sent me. This seller is a liar & a fraud! The buyer returned an item that was SOAKED and smelled really bad like dog.
