Unfortunately the phone was carrier locked (where the bootlaoder was greyed out). I notified the seller and the seller responded quickly. The seller doesn't normally do returns, because of the carrier lock, the seller allowed the return and I got a full refund. I would definitely recommend them!

    The tablet is working fine, even though it's a little hard to manage files. Very reasonable price. Battery doesn't seemj to last any longer then normal with battery saver on. Haven't connected to verizon yet.

    Excellent bargain in an Android tablet.

    Not many Android tablets left This one has a really nice screen, enough RAM, SD card slot and runs everything I love about Android. I purchased this to replace the same model that I accidentally broke the screen.

    Good device in perfect condition. These are great tablets I have an 8" version, and it's my favorite of many. The only slight annoyance is the use of a physical button to reach the home screen, but that is minor.
