    This seller is top notch! This canner was listed as just a few scratches. No original box but when I got it, it was dented in the front leaving a gap behind the control panel so it wouldn’t pressurize. I sent pictures and within a few hours I got my full refund posted to my bank. Now that is great customer service. He said it left him not dented. So I blame UPS for the damage. I will list him as a favorite seller as he’s true to his word. Sad it’s going to the dump.
