    Amazing CPU!

    Despite it is rather old, XEON E3-1230 is a good choice for the budget user, who wants to upgrade his PC on LGA1155 platform. The difference between Celeron or i3 and E3-1230 is huge, as in fact it is server analog of i7-2600 with a bit lower frequency, but shows nearly the same performance in all the tasks. And it can be used in most desktop LGA1155, so you don't need to buy a new motherboard. Great choice for the low cost!
