The price for this unit with a 2 year warranty is very well worth it but I hope if I do need my warranty I do not have to ship the unit because it is heavy and would cost alot to ship. I am not sure how the warranty works. The dual hose design is better than the single hose hose design and the air is ice cold. Shipping was very very fast. AAA+++++++++++

Very fast delivery for a product this size and heavy weight. I trimmed the panel down smaller to fit the window. I checked all the functions (including heat) and connected the WiFi to ConnectLife app on my android phone, and everything worked perfectly, even the firmware update went smoothy. Whisper quiet, AC unit looks brand new. I emailed Buydigs about warranty info, they replied back a few hours.
