      Great for 1080p and 1440p

      I play at 1080p 144Hz, and one of these cards gets me at least 90 FPS on pretty much every game on the market with the settings cranked. You'll get similar performance with a GTX 970 and spend a lot less money though, so if you want a 980 make sure to wait for a sale or check eBay for a used one for cheap.
