A little trick I used
I wanted this as a pet spray, and my tub faucet was 1-1/2 inch with a flange, making it almost 2 inches. I didn't hold much hope to get the spray on until I got the idea to actually soften the faucet end with really HOT water. I took a small kitchen cooking kettle, brought water to a boil and stuck the end in the hot water for at least 5 minutes. I took a pot holder and started working and pushing the very hot connector end to this oversized faucet. It worked!! Now I have a great spray in my garden tub and I am sure my puppy will be very happy in his own "spa!" The fit is nice and tight and I don't have any spillage. Stiff and unyielding
The hose is stiff. You can’t uncoil it. I have no idea why they would use such stiff unyielding plastic. The last one we had was soft and able to be straight, this one will not relax!
