Shipping was slow and bulb did not go with ballast which I explained to her and asked if she would sell ballast separately? She said yes and then ghosted me!! So for a hard to find ballast I didn't have a choice but to buy them both!! I thought it was rude on her part ! When asked about it she said she was out of the country and had limited internet access! There were things she could of did to make it right but no attempt was made!!! Very expensive too!!
