Purchased a perfume and got charged on my card and this guy will just create the shipping label with USPS to make it seem the item is being shipped but will not ship the item. He does it to make eBay believe he has shipped the item. If you try contacting him. You won’t get any response. eBay shows the item has been shipped but when you click on the tracking number, USPS says they are still waiting for the item.
