    No issues with the item as that was perfect. However, shipping was very slow. Listing said item ships in 5 days. For me it was 7 *business* days before the shipper even had the item. Purchased on 8/19, shipping label created 8/25, received by shipper on 8/28, item arrived on 9/5 (all within the USA). Also, seller did not respond to my inquiry about slower than advertised shipping. Seller should change advertised shipping times to match what actually happens (e.g. ships in a week).

    Perfect replacement when I need one...

    I have an old Bose Lifestyle 50 system and parts are getting pretty scarce. This power adapter is different in that it converts you 120VAC to 12VAC. So many adapters convert to DC current. This is the right adapter for my application should my current power adapter decide to give it up.

    It fixed my Bose.

    My Bose unit worked, but no longer showed the numbers on the display. After changing the cord adaptor from a DC to this AC adaptor, the display worked again!
