The item did not ship until 8 days after sale, and was then delivered by a doordash-like service. This process only took one day, so I'm not sure why Best Buy waited over a week to get my order out. Still, I am happy with the price, the condition of the packaging was perfect, and the authorized reseller/warranty factory was important to me. I am happy overall
