- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseI'm very disappointed. my chromebook arrived in a visibly beat up box and the screen was messed up and made some weird loud beep sound. I just feel like it should've been packaged better instead in some very thin layer of bubble wrap. I contacted the seller on friday at 6pm because thats around the time it arrived, but they were out of office to which i understood, so i waited till today and sent a follow up message within their company hours and yet to be followed up like they claim.

Item was shipped free, and the cost was better, less, than I expected. The seller quickly processed my order packed it securely and shipped it within 24 hours. The seller's page also had more detailed information than others selling the same item, I really liked that. I may just have to buy another phone from Santa Monica Wireless. Very satisfied.

The phone was described to have an original Apple warranty which unfortunately expired by the time I received it. Although the supplier covered it with a 1 year third party warranty - I really wanted an Apple warranty. The supplier readily agreed to let me return it for a full refund. This kind of customer service is unusual (per other experiences) and kudos to standing behind the product as described. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

They even sent a free case for the phone. Would buy from this company again. Only suggestion to the company, is to use better packaging to send a phone, a box instead of a cardboard envelope.
