Expedited shipping was non existent. Paid on 1/02/25 and received on 1/14/25. FedEx didn't pick up when they should have was the excuse but even if that was the case, 12 days is kinda odd with FedEx. Tried to be be open minded with this seller and watch was good after 2 weeks but no communication. Being a small business owner, I understand things happen, but please show me anyone that doesn't have a phone in their hand no matter where they are and the number of auctions going on.

As I explained to this buyer, my 6 year old daughter with Type 1 Diabetes had a medical emergency which kept me from my normal eBay activity. I communicated this right away. I didn't ignore him & I didn't blame a late pickup by Fedex. I offered full & partial refunds, free shipping, fully compensated return, etc. Nothing would satisfy the buyer. What the buyer describes is so different to what actually happened, I wonder if they're confusing this purchase with an entirely different transaction
