    This item fit my ruger 10/22 barrel better than factory and that’s what I was going for. The aluminum is a light and tough replacement over the original plastic one. I do wish the color of aluminum matched the stainless steel barrel a little better but overall it adds to the functionality and physical appearance of the rifle at a great price.
