However, when the correct bear arrived, it was damaged. The packaging was not damaged, so that damage pre-existed being sent to me, and it was not mentioned or shown in the listing. The seller was responsive and accommodating, but this was a frustrating experience when 0/2 attempts were what I had purchased.
