    It is the Worst Experience. I bought a Surveillance DVR. It shows up ( slowly ) and it has a serious Password problem because he doesn't have an idea what the password is. It costs a lot to ship here and a lot to ship back. He says "contact the company". The company went out of business in 2015 and has had no support since 2022. But I'm trying to get one other company to help
