Disappointed
Very frustrating. I understand that the ad said “SMALL” stove pipe, but as a novice, I didn’t know what that meant. The ad listed the full title of the DuraVent product, so when I googled it, pictures of the telescoping pipe were shown, so this is what I thought I was getting. I feel a beetle job could have been done to make sure the buyer knew what they were getting. In the description, a statement should have been made that you would only be receiving half of the pipe. Anyhow, felt like a bait and switch. I’m reminded of the saying, “if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.” Again, I’m bummed that I spent $70 bucks on a pipe I won’t use.
