    There was an issue with the iPhone 14 I received - it was locked to Verizon, even though the listing said it was unlocked. At first, this was frustrating, but the seller responded, accepted the return, and promised to make it right. I appreciate their willingness to resolve the problem and take responsibility. While it wasn’t a perfect experience, I’m glad we were able to work through it together.

    Good experience

    Shipping was extremely fast. Item had a light scratch on the screen that doesn’t really affect usage and wasn’t very noticeable. Battery was at 91% health (at least 85 advertised) and all functions seem to be working well so far.

    Charging issues

    I bought this for my daughter for Christmas because no way can I afford a new one. She has been having charging issues for some reason and is getting quite upset. I have bought refurbished phones in the past and never had issues until now.
