Communication was good, the item was quickly shipped, it didn’t take too long to arrive and it was reasonably well packed. Unfortunately the doll’s face was different than what I could see in the photo, and as soon as it arrived I could see that the doll’s face has a permanent squeezed shape. I don’t think this is the seller’s fault tho - I think maybe it was just the angle that the photos got taken. I will need to resell it. Thank you.
