    Unfortunately, FedEx's SmartPost (which is really USPS Ground Service) could not deliver item after FedEx got the item to a distribution center, 30+ miles away from final delivery. Item languished at the center for more than 14 days before I requested and received a full refund. Cannot blame Seller because it is USPS's fault. Conclusion - it's not smart to use SmartPost.
