Messaged seller 3 times over 25 days only for them to respond to my 3rd message. Yes, took 25 days to respond to my message which I had to follow-up twice. They did not take responsibility, stopped responding to my messages, and by this time the return window closed. After we responded to the buyer, they did not say they wanted to return the knife and also failed to provide us with any sort of compensation they would accept. Further, they never opened a return case. If a return case had been opened as eBay suggests in cases like these, we would have issued a refund or been able to resolve the issue.
