    It wasnt his fault. It was eBay all of a sudden I got a refund and said that the item couldnt be delivered. If he lied to me and sold for a higher price. He's an awful person, if ebay screwed up...then ebay sucks and I won't use eBay again as this was my first purchase. Im waiting for seller to confirm what happened. I still want the part

    Item was sent to eBay international shipping location as that was the provided shipping address associate with the sale. eBay communicated that the item could not be exported and cancelled the transaction. No additional information regarding the reason was provided. The item was not returned to me nor delivered to the buyer. I had no control over the situation once it was sent to the eBay international shipment center. This was communicated to the buyer as well.
