    The seller had no way to test the item and communicated that to me prior to the purchase but said he would accept the return if it failed. He was true to his word , was quick about it and I would absolutely do business again with this person. I gave 2 star on item because it did fail but again this possibility was known up front so there was no surprise. The fact that the seller performed as the seller did is a rare thing.
