I do wish they had communicated this proactively, as I was left in the dark for quite a while. Once they did respond, they were responsive and shipped my item quickly. I received it about five weeks after placing the order. Items were as described. I will shop here again and think delays will be a one time deal.

I contacted Seller and Seller was so gracious about it-it actually ended up in California at someone's front desk! Offered to send me out a replacement asap which the Seller did. The 2nd one arrived pretty quickly. It looks exactly like the pic. Very happy customer and I would definitely purchase from Seller again.
