Contacted them and sent multiple pictures of how the base does not work, thier response is to put foam around the base?? Really?? Your mounting a wing to a trunk of a car, The seller has no clue about the product they are selling. Days of messages to try and see if they will send the right base and to just get excuses. Bottom line says that it is for a s2000 and it's not. Horrible avoid at all costs. Secondly,You can use Silicone Sealant to decrease the gap between the trunk lid and th wing.And you should have told us directly you need a base for flat trunklid in the first several messages. Last but not least,we have sold so many these wings and receives a lot of positive feedback.Carbon Universal VL Type 7 SWAN NECK GT Wing (Fits EVO7 8 9 GTR35 E36 S2000 etc. (#326686934388)
