While item was as described it was simply wrapped in tissue paper, jammed into a small plastic bag and mailed. Garment was so jam packed and difficult to open that I had to use scissors. I am surprised though, we do not wrap items such as this in any sort of tissue paper but rather a plastic bag and then inside a plastic mailer.
