    My Player Combo was very well packed and not at all in a damaged position. However, when turned on, the DVD section would not work. I contacted the seller who kept reiterating that it was fine when he tested it. After several discussions with the seller, he said he would refund my money. He never did even though he assured me he would do so. I took my combo to two places to see if it could be repaired and was told these combos are old and spare parts to fix are not available.
