Tried iRobot Roomba 670 and iHome Eclipse. This one is much better than them. It "learns" the rooms so the next time it goes around the objects. It doesn't bump like the other mentioned ones. Since it has a self-empty feature, I don't have to check or empty its dust bin for months. I set up sweep-twice with hyperdrive so nothing stays on the carpet or hardwood and since my house is ~1,200 SF, it turns back to charging with still ~40% battery left. I only worry about how long it will last. Used the mopping feature which is also fabulous.

OK, but not great
The robot vacuum generally works as it should but there are a couple of things I do not like. It has trouble docking. It has to try several times before successfully docking to empty or charge. I may relocate and see if that helps but it is not obstructed. Second I HATE (and that's not strong enough) the map portion of the application. It makes a decent map of my home, but It is difficult to section off the house into individual rooms. All you can do is create boxes around the separate rooms to designate them. I find that the boxes are difficult to size and position. When trying to zoom or expand the map I always end up selecting another box or moving one inadvertently. To make the boxes cover a whole room they will overlap another box and the robot will clean areas twice(I wouldn't think it would do that ). I have another robot vac by another company and it divides rooms by allowing you to draw lines between them and section them off that way. It is a MUCH more efficient way to do this. Also it tends to get stuck in places that I would think it could get out of. Under a table and chairs when there is clearly a way for it to exit. I think it just gives up trying some times.

First day so far really impressed, still to see how durable/reliable it will be.
Easy to set up, mapped the entire house and I was surprised how thorough it cleaned, it went under the beds and the kitchen table with chairs, vacuumed all the different rugs that we have through out the house, it ran for over 90 minutes on a full battery charge then found its way easily back to the charging/empty station.

Great Unit
Unit did a great job mapping the floor. Setting up areas and exclusion zones were easy. IT would be nice if the exclusion zone (square) could be made to be smaller as I have a pet food bowl I'd like the unit to avoid (it is too low for its front collision sensor to see.

When it is finished and goes to empty..it states bag is full when it not..so you have to reset bag because it will close for full...

Good value for your money.
It is a great product. My first robot vacuum and for the price it has all the things you usually find on more expensive robot vacuums. Pro: Good value for money. It is 2 in 1. It vacuums and mops. It maps very well, it has to set schedules and the battery life is enough to clean my entire house in one go. Cons: Not perfect, can leave behind debris when vacuuming. Consumables are not easy to get.

Fantastic Purchase! It shows you exactly on the app where it can clean. You can also use its remote to make it drive where you want it to. The button on the app, on the device itself, and on the remote can tell it to clean or to return to base. I recommend this device to anyone with kids, for example, if you have kids and not a lot of time to sweep? Just keep the floor clean and it will do the rest! It will return to its base to empty and then go back and continue where it left off! I love this item. It is also good for the elderly that can not sweep their floors either as it will do that for you. Even going under chairs and tables, those hard-to-reach places.
