    There was a little confusion in ordering and finding out it was pickup from the seller. However, when I found out what was happening quickly after ordering I cancelled the order. The seller was very good in accomidating with helping us with the shipping however, after all was said and done the total cost ended higher than we could accept.     Definitely I would not buy anything from this seller; first: take long to answer and also listing is not accurate for me not trusted I bought an item and felt very disappointed with the packaging and also broken rack and refurbish unit not mentioned in the listing.
