    Seller refused to ship item which is, of course, their choice. However, the way I was treated & the on-going run-around was very unfair, unprofessional & contrary to the spirit of buying & selling within the eBay community. First of all, seller stated they ‘sensed’ the price was too low due to other interest. Seller then claimed they didn’t have the item and couldn’t explain what happened to it. Finally, seller said I didn’t purchase the item. When I proved that I did, seller would not respond!

    Not true. I did not refuse to ship the item; I told him I could not find the item, so it was no longer available. I never indicated he did not purchase the item. Actually, I immediately gave him a refund as soon as I realized it was not available, without being asked to do so. I replied to all SEVENTEEN of the purchaser's emails before, during, and after the transactions. He asked me to turn an auction into a Buy IT Now, so I increased the price, which is typical. He declined to buy.

    Whether you refused to ship the item or didn't refuse is not the issue. The fact is you didn't ship the item & your overall position was that you thought your selling price was too low due to all the interest the listing received. The truth is, you did say I didn't purchase the item but no one reading this has access to the 17 emails you responded to. If YOU hadn't created the problem with completing the transaction there wouldn't have been 17 emails about it. A very difficult seller indeed!.:.
