    80 Year Old Classic Still Hanging Around...

    Joy has been a old Standard Perfume since the Great Depression. Very intense floral (Rose) and powdery hints. Use very lightly since it can be overpowering. Not a "Girlie" scent for Teenagers or Women in their 20`s. Still, if you have room for another Bottle of a Classic Scent, add this to your collection. Its been around and still sells along with Chanel #5 but I much prefer Chanel #19.

    Classic luxe.

    I first bought Joy back in the 80`s when it was famous for being Sophia Loren`s choice of perfume. It was advertised as the most expensive perfume in the world. I know I paid a lot of money for it back then. However, my new bottle of Eau de parfum does not last on me and I find it very light. Maybe I will try the pure parfum next time if I can find any.
