They made sure to ship it in a big box and wrapped it with plenty of bubble wrap. This was a brand new breaker and was exactly the one pictured. The price for it was less than other places saving me money. No issues after install and is working like it is suppose to. It fits perfectly and holds the wires firmly. I will definitely order more parts from them in the future.
