      The seller reached out to me to let me know that, when sending the product off to ship, she noticed it had dried and, without prompting, refunded the purchase and tried to help me find an alternative. While I was disappointed to not find the mascara, I have a lot of respect for the quality control, since I recently had one shipped from the company itself that I noticed (too late) was also dried out.
